What we collect
- Your SHOPPILOT account email and, if you use Google sign-in, your name.
- The TikTok Shop creator access and refresh tokens issued when you connect your TikTok account, plus basic account identifiers returned by TikTok.
- Videos you upload, captions, TikTok Shop product IDs and anchor titles you enter.
- Post status information and the responses TikTok returns when we publish on your behalf.
- An audit log of actions taken in your account (for example, approvals and disconnects).
What we do not collect
We do not access or store buyer information, orders, payouts or any financial data from TikTok Shop. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: storing your queued posts, sending approved videos to TikTok, and showing you their status. We never post without your explicit approval.
How we protect it
TikTok tokens are kept on our servers and are never sent to your browser. Uploaded videos are stored in private storage that only you can access.
Your choices
You can disconnect a TikTok account at any time, which deletes its stored tokens immediately. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing us.
