Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026. These terms are between you and Creatik Studios, the operator of SHOPPILOT.
The service
SHOPPILOT lets TikTok Shop creators connect their TikTok account, queue videos with a product anchor, and publish them to their own account after explicit approval.
Your responsibilities
- You only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You own or have the rights to every video, caption and product you publish.
- You follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and TikTok Shop policies, including labelling AI-generated content.
Approval
Nothing is posted until you approve it. Approving a post is your instruction to publish it exactly as reviewed.
Pricing
SHOPPILOT is commission-based with no monthly fee during the beta. Plans, pricing and commission terms may change; we will tell you before any change applies to you.
Availability
SHOPPILOT depends on TikTok's APIs. We can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and TikTok may reject or remove content under its own rules.
Ending use
You can disconnect your TikTok account and stop using SHOPPILOT at any time, and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
